Bight Gear Men's Fissure Tech Fleece 2.0
Fleece is not dead. It still has a place in our kit. The Fissure is built for active, technical, and aerobic use with a generous hood stretchy enough to fit over a helmet, extra length in the sleeves and torso, stretch where you need it, and a full zip for body temperature regulation. Multifunctional on and off the mountain, this has quickly become a team favorite.
In version 2.0, Bight Gear listened to the guides they consult during the design process, and put pockets back on the piece! Everyone likes pockets, especially hands.

Men's Fissure Tech Fleece 2.0
I love the snug but flexible fit, and it's surprisingly warm for as light weight as it is. Highly recommended.
I was able to acquire this fleece when it was discounted over the holidays. I cross country ski and hike every weekend in the PNW. It is just the right weight for these activities. I’m 5’-9”, 152 lbs and a medium fits great, not too loose and baggy
I really like this a lot - I wore this and the ascender jacket non-stop on a recent trip to Mexico on Orizaba. I also wear at home for workouts in the cold garage. Really pleased with the quality, fit, look and performance.
It's the finest piece of innerwear I own and worth the painful price. The interior "waffle" pattern keeps you arm and dry with ultra minimal depth. I wear mine as a base layer in frigid environments and as outer layer down to +20F when active and light winds as well as mid-layer. It wicks perspiration like a machine and keeps light precipitation off your skin. Buy the zipped version for temperature regulation and observe the non-bulky hood occupies little space yet serves as a windstop at the neck. This hoodie is durable and easy to care for. Best of its type I've ever worn, and I've used plenty having trekked or climbed all 50 states and all seven continents.
The fissure fleece feels great and is a good product for the upper mountain. Will likely be my go to jacket in the outdoors via next adventures!
