Women's Alpha ® Ascender Hoody
I love this jacket so much that I bought a second one just so I have two. I want to wear it everyday and still have one ready for my bigger limbs and hikes.
Got it as a present to my wife, and she loves it. Fits as expected/true to size, she wears small. Great color and cut. This thing literally is at par with big brands, like Arcteryx and TNF. Awesome local brand, will buy more from you in the future.
I have worn the Alpha Ascender Hoody on many hikes, usually over a T-shirt. The weather in the Northeast has been chilly with a lot of rain. While the Hoody won't keep you dry in pouring rain, it does a good job in light rain. I found that I could regulate my body temperature from starting out cold (mid 40s) to low 60s. The hood fits very well without obstructing my vision. The pockets are handy, especially the chest one where I store my iphone7 . The inside pockets hold my gloves, hat, extra buff/bandana. The ice teal color goes with most everything. I am 5'4" 108 pounds and the size small fits me perfectly. The arm length is good, covering my wrists to the thumb joint. The back of the jacket covers my butt. The material is soft and durable. I highly recommend it.
This is my third purchase from Bight gear and I love it! Every part of the jacket is well thought out and designed. Looking forward to buying more 😆
Over all wonderful jacket for walking in PNW. will try and do hiking test in next few months. I am recovering from shoulder surgery. Just wish it had thumb holes. But long for my short arms I guess. I am 5 feet, 125 lbs and I got a small. Perfect fit except for the length of sleeves. Not a big deal.
